Eventually, you'll be able to read what I think about practically everything that I do which you might want to do on these pages. I'm starting with work previously seen on the Vegas mailing list. Lots of folks have grown to trust my opinion on food and I sure don't want to let anyone down.

I'm no expert nor true gourmet and I certainly don't mind spending money where appropriate, but I despise wasting money or spending more than a person should!
