Perfect. Everything we had was perfect and excelled in quality well beyond
the price charged. The guac rocks! The pork and green chili burrito was
Yummy (with a capital "Y"). I even think they made the tortillas for our
entrees fresh on the tortilla machine. Dinners come with sopa de fideo, a
tomato soup with noodles of which I'm not a huge fan, but it was more
flavorful than Viva Mercado's version. If you like Mexican and have never
visited Lindo Michoacan, you owe it to yourself to experience what they
proudly proclaim as "The finest Mexican food in Las Vegas." Everyone claims
to be "the best", but I doubt you'll disagree. The owner learned the art of
cooking from the nuns in the seminary he attended in Michoacan, Mexico. If
every seminary had food like this, there would be a lot more Priests in the
world!
